Acquisition of Blue Castle Business Services Ltd Waste Portfolio
We’re delighted to announce that on Friday 11th November 2022 we acquired the Waste Portfolio of Blue Castle Business Services Ltd. Founded in 2002, Blue Castle’s consultants deliver sustainable business solutions for hundreds of customers in the healthcare, leisure, and hospitality sectors.
These customers will now join several thousand customers who are already being supported by us. The sale has been completed in a matter of days for an undisclosed figure with both parties committing to engaging a localised supply chain to carry out ongoing waste and recycling collection services.
Following October’s acquisition of Managed Waste Solutions Limited, this acquisition further strengthens our offering in key customer sectors in which we operate.
Speaking about the acquisition, our Managing Director, Max Kanda said, “There are some incredible synergies in the mindset and approach of both Blue Castle and Novati. Not only do we operate in similar customer sectors, but our offices are also located within a couple of miles of each other. We’re excited to welcome our new customers and teammates into the group during such an exciting time for our business.”
